Michelle's Bio:

I have been exploring the gift of yoga since I could remember into my childhood. Yoga has supported me in finding my centre as I have moved through this journey of life. Being on my spiritual journey has inspired me to share this practice onto others. Now being a Yoga Therapist I have shared the gift of Yoga for 23 years. I have been training teachers to become Yoga Therapist since 2008. Recently I have been offering therapeutic practices to help others with shoulder, neck and hip concerns, fascia related injuries and regulating the nervous system. I offer weekly classes at Ajna Yoga online and in person so everyone to enjoy -Tuesday and Thursday 9-10:15am PST
