Gentle Therapeutic Yoga Class (in person)

Gentle Yoga at The People’s Yoga

Mondays, 930-1045am (starts September 8, 2025)

These classes are great for folks who are mobile enough to get up and down from the floor and feel strong enough in their immune systems to be in class with others (masks are always welcomed).

Classes focus on relaxation and gentle strengthening and stretching with an awareness of the unique challenges of living in a changing body. Each class begins with an optional check in.
