
In Person Classes
Gentle Therapeutic Yoga Class (in person)
I offer in person gentle yoga classes in Portland. These classes are great for folks who are mobile enough to get up and down from the floor and feel strong enough in their immune systems to be in class with others (masks are always welcomed). Classes focus on relaxation and gentle strengthening and stretching with an awareness of the unique challenges of living in a changing body. Each class includes 10 or so minutes for checking in and connection. If you’re craving the opportunity to be in community with others while gently moving your body, this may be the class you are looking for. Small class size guarantees personal attention.
